In 1995, Mr. Mazhar Ali Khan Former Deputy Commissioner Sargodha donated a plot of 2 Kanals at Sargodha Punjab Govt. Employees Cooperative Housing Society Phase-II near Model Sargodha and financial assistance of Rs. 3 Lac from District Council Sargodha. On the occasion of foundations laying ceremony of the hospital, Al Haj Sheikh Ameer Ahmad donated 1 Lac rupees for the foundation of the hospital. The Anjuman spent approx. Rs.5,45,000/- on the construction of the foundation and outdoor department of the hospital and completed the construction of Main hall, Doctor’s room, Dispensary, Store, Bath room and room of Chowkidar for dispensary services during 1996. During Nov 1995 Al-Hajj sh. Ameer ahmed donated Rs. One lack fifty thousand, Two lacks donation from ………... and Rs. 70,000/- donation from members of ABM from General bus stand Sargodha. This total donation Rs. 4, 20,000/- spent on Transformer of 25Kw and 3 Phase Meter for electricity connection at Family Welfare Hospital (Under Construction) Sargodha.
