Ms. Qamrar Farooqi (Rtd) (Principal Department of Education) donated Rs. 400,000/- and a plot of 10 Maralas to the Anjuman Behbood-e-Mareezan at Services colony Sargodha during Dec 2000. On April 2007, the Anjuman completed the construction of outdoor Department, with the financial assistance of Ms. Qamar Farooqi and grant of Rs. 450,000/- from District Bait-ul-Mal Committee Sargodha. Total amount spent on the construction (Outdoor) is approx. twelve Lacs (Rs. 1.2 million).
On 5th of May 2007, Mr. Mazhar Ali Khan Secretary Co-operative Department Government of Punjab inaugurated the Outdoor Department of the Hospital. Since May, 2007 Sixty five thousand poor men, women and children were provided facility of medical checkup and free medicines by the Anjuman for their treatment. The business community, Philanthropist and members of Anjuman Behbood-e-Mareezan contributing received from a lot to meet the running expenditures yearly the services. During the Holy Month of Ramzan, the Zakat money is collected for purchasing medicines, Khairat money and donation is collected to meet other extra expenditure of the hospital. May ALLAH reward these people who are contributing regularly to serve the poor humanity. Dr. Naeem Khan, Dr Mohsin Hussain Torrabi and Dr. Khalid Minhas served as part-time Medical Officer for the patients at Jameela Memorial Hospital Sargodha.
