Anjuman Behbood-e-Mareezan comes in to existence in 1986. During 1990 the Anjuman was re-organized and ABM started social welfare services with new zeal by providing free medicines for treatment of poor & needy patients at Municipal General Hospital Satellite Town Sargodha.
Dr. Altaf Hussain Khan Senior Medical Officer of Municipal General Hospital Sargodha fully cooperated with Members of Anjuman Behbood-e-Mareezan Sargodha. The ABM supplied medicines to the management of hospital according to their demand every month regularly. At that time Municipal Cooperation Sargodha was not in position to provide medicine according to the demand of hospital. Gradually the number of patients increased from few hundred patients to one thousand patients monthly. From 1990 to 1999 more than Eighty Thousands poor and deserving patients benefited from the services of ABM Sargodha. During this period Ch. Abdul Hameed MPA, Mian Anwar Khursheed Khan, Ch. Hamid Hameed as a Mayer Municipal Cooperation Sargodha, Miss Farhat Afza, Mohammad Tahir Butt Deputy Directors, Abdul Ghaffar Sheikh Assistant Director Social Welfare Department Sargodha, Ch. Mohammad Akram Chief Officer Municipal Cooperation & as a City Magistrate visited Municipal General Hospital on different occasions and appreciated the Social Welfare Services rendered by Anjuman Behbood-e-Mareezan Tehsil Sargodha.
